Starting from Falaj- UAQ, the proposed road runs parallel on the South East of the Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (E311) in the direction of Ras Al Khaimah. The project was divided and developed in three different sections and phases:
1st section from Falaj to Al Aqran – UAQ : The proposed road is approximately 13 km long including the construction of a full cloverleaf interchange at the intersection of Falaj Al Mualla-Umm . Constructed
2nd section from Al Aqran to Taween – UAQ : total length 16km. Under Construction
3rd section from Taween – UAQ to RAK ring road: total length 7 km. Design completed
